Jackson Alexander is an Economics Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Notre Dame. I study how insurers and providers shape health care markets in the United States. In my recent work, I show how foreign high-skilled workers transform nursing home production and labor skill composition using H-1B visa lotteries.
